11.1 The wwwvip Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21+ in compliance with Philippine law and PAGCOR requirements. wwwvip does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

11.2 If wwwvip discovers that personal data has been collected from a person who was under 21 years of age at the time of collection, we will immediately suspend the relevant account, delete the minor's data to the extent permitted by law, and report the matter to PAGCOR as required.

12. Cross-Border Data Transfers
