4.2 Deposits are credited to your wwwvip account balance upon confirmation of receipt from the relevant payment provider. wwwvip is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors, bank cut-off times, or network disruptions.

9.2 wwwvip's total liability to any individual player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 wwwvip does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We will take reasonable steps to address technical issues but cannot guarantee continuous availability.
